I had a very disappointing experience with this Firestone location. In March 2025, I brought my car in to have my tires changed. While the service was being performed, the store manager lost my car keys. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they arranged for someone to make me a replacement key, but the quality was very poor — the buttons did not work properly. I was not offered any compensation or a proper solution. By the end of 2025, I started having serious issues with the replacement key, and eventually my car would not turn on. I contacted the store manager multiple times asking them to either replace the faulty key or compensate me for the mistake, but they refused to take responsibility. I took my car to the dealership to confirm whether the issue was with my vehicle or the key, and they confirmed that the problem was with the key. Because of this faulty replacement, I have been stranded twice and have had to deal with a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On top of that, I am now having issues with my driver-side headlight. The headlight stopped working, and I brought it back to this location. They replaced it, but within a few days it stopped working again

Never go here. I went in for an oil change and new brakes. Something that takes less than a day and I've had done easily before. Took 2 days and when I finally got my car, within a minute of leaving the parking lot my entire wheel came off while I was driving. Lucky I didn't crash or get injured but it caused damage to my car. Currently still trying to get them to fix it

Wish I could do less than 1 star. Anthony at the front desk should be fired immediately. I’ve never encountered such awful customer service in my entire life. I brought my car in with 3 issues. Breaks, oil change and the car was shift locked and won’t shift without sticking a pen into some tiny hole. I wasn’t sure what service would be required to address the shift lock so I asked Anthony to check into it for me and get back to me. $1500 later after the breaks and oil were changed I get into the car and it still won’t shift. No update from any of the mechanics or Anthony. I am simply just curious what’s wrong and what might be required to fix this problem. I went back inside and Anthony started freaking out saying things like “You never said you wanted to fix the shift lock” and trying to gaslight me into believing I didn’t request they look into it. We had a full blown conversation about how his Honda Accord has a similar problem and it was a nice and easy fix. Granted I drive an Altima but we left it as he would update me on what would need to be done. I had an outstanding experience at Firestone in Watertown, MA, and I have to shout out Ralph Quan and Louis for going above and beyond during my full inspection. I was highly concerned about a noise my car was making, and they took me in the very same day I made the appointment. That alone meant a lot and immediately put me at ease. From start to finish, they made me feel like I was in great hands. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and the people they’re helping. As a family man with a toddler under the age of 4, a pregnant wife, and a dog that I love dearly, safety is everything to me. After my visit, I truly feel like my ride is a lot safer for my entire family. That peace of mind is priceless. This was hands down the best service I’ve ever received. If you’re in the area and need work done, I highly recommend Firestone in Watertown. Ask for Ralph Quan and Louis, you will not regret it.

Great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Watertown. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. My EV car tires were worn out, and they were able to quickly provide a quote for four new tires and get me scheduled just two days later. The installment went smoothly and I'm happy with the new tires. Would definitely recommend!
